Upsert a Standalone Credit Memo

Create or update a standalone credit memo. If the header.id or items.id is provided, the endpoint will update the corresponding credit memo or credit memo item; otherwise it will create a new one. Setting activateCreditMemoNow to true will immediately activate the credit memo.
