<p>The response is the standard approvals envelope: <code>status</code> is <code>SUCCESS</code> or <code>FAILURE</code>, <code>data</code> carries the typed payload, and <code>warnings</code> and <code>errors</code> carry coded messages. Validation and engine failures are reported as coded errors on the envelope rather than as exceptions.</p>
