Delete a Line Attribute definition.

**An active Line Attribute cannot be deleted.** It is live in the Line Editor and Subscription Card, so deleting it would pull the field affordance out from under users. Deactivate it first (`PATCH` with `"isActive": false`), then delete.

Deleting a Line Attribute removes the definition. It does not delete the custom field that was provisioned on the line objects — remove that field in Salesforce if it is no longer needed.
